UIA provides creative, media, and collaborative services across photography, film, design, events, and digital content. All visitors, members, and collaborators agree to use the platform responsibly and respect the integrity of our community.

You may not use UIA’s platforms for:

Posting or distributing harmful, false, or defamatory content.
Copying, redistributing, or profiting from UIA content without permission.
Violating the privacy or rights of others within the community.

2. Ownership and Copyright

All UIA visuals, graphics, text, logos, and designs are owned or licensed by Unity In Arts and are protected under copyright law.

Any content submitted by artists remains their property; however, by submitting to UIA, you grant permission for UIA to share, promote, or display your work across official platforms for collaborative and promotional purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of UIA branding or content is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments and Transactions

When making purchases, submitting deposits, or engaging in paid collaborations, you agree that:

All payments are processed securely through verified platforms.
UIA reserves the right to cancel or refund transactions at its discretion in cases of fraud or misuse.
Refunds will follow our official Return and Refund Policy.

4. Community Conduct

UIA exists to uplift and protect artists. We do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior within our spaces or events. Violation of these standards may result in removal from the community or restricted access to UIA services.

5. Liability Disclaimer

UIA strives to maintain accurate information and secure operations, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or complete error-free content. UIA is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

6. Changes to These Terms

UIA may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At Unity In Arts (UIA), we value our supporters and collaborators. Our goal is to make sure every purchase, booking, or creative partnership reflects the quality and integrity of our brand. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products, services, and events under UIA.

1. Physical Products (Merch, Prints, etc.)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Digital Products & Services

Digital products (such as photography packages, event tickets, or digital downloads) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
For creative services (e.g., shoots, design work, collaborations), deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future work if canceled with sufficient notice (minimum 7 days).

3. Event Tickets

All ticket sales for UIA events are final unless an event is postponed or canceled.
In the case of cancellation, customers will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund or exchange, contact info@unityinarts.com with your order details and reason for the request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
